S-Ranking Bosses

Master Cuphead's Delicious Last Course DLC with our comprehensive guide to achieving S-Ranks on all bosses. Learn strategies, tips, and boss weaknesses to conquer every challenge.

Stats / Weaknesses:

• A-Rank Requirements: Defeat boss in under 2 minutes on Regular difficulty, have at least 3HP left, land three parries, and six special attacks.
• S-Rank Requirements: Similar to A-Rank, but must be achieved on Expert difficulty.

Phases:

1. Inkwell Isle IV Bosses: The Moonshine Mob, Esther Winchester, Glumstone The Giant, Mortimer Freeze, The Howling Aces.
2. Secret Bosses: Count towards A-Rank and S-Rank requirements.
3. King Of Games' Champions: The Pawns, The Knight, The Bishop, The Rook, and The Queen. These must be defeated without weapons or charms, relying on parries.
4. The Gauntlet: A sequence of all five King Of Games' Champions fought consecutively without failing.
5. Chef Saltbaker: The final boss of the DLC, unlocked after completing the quest on Inkwell Isle IV.

Strategy:

• Ms. Chalice: Her dash parry ability is invaluable for navigating Champion fights and general boss encounters. Equip the Astral Cookie charm to play as her.
• DLC Weapons: Converge, Crackshot, and Twist-Up are recommended for their effectiveness and for contributing to other achievements like 'Decadent'.
• Hearty Achievement (9HP): Equip the Twin Heart charm and use Djimmi The Great's wish for an extra 3HP. Alternatively, combine the Heart Ring charm with Djimmi or parries.
• The High Hat Achievement (No Minions): Esther Winchester's "High Noon Hoopla" is a good candidate as the only killable minion is a mini-cow.
• Secret Content: The Broken Relic charm is required for a riddle on Isle IV, leading to the Cursed Relic and eventually the Divine Relic.
• Expert Difficulty: Unlocked after finishing the main story and making a deal with The Devil.
