A Vacation In The Wilds: Defeat all five main bosses in Inkwell Isle IV. These bosses can be fought in order: The Moonshine Mob, Esther Winchester, Glumstone The Giant, Mortimer Freeze, and The Howling Aces.

Ranger: Obtain an A-Rank or higher on all bosses in Inkwell Isle IV. Requirements include defeating the boss in under two minutes on Regular difficulty, having at least 3HP remaining, and landing three parries and six special attacks. The two secret bosses count towards this. Using Djimmi The Great's wishes for more HP will void progress.

Alive And Kicking: Defeat any boss with Ms. Chalice. Equip the Astral Cookie charm and defeat any boss from Inkwell Isle I to IV, including DLC bosses and original favorites.

Decadent: Defeat 10 main bosses with Ms. Chalice. Mini-bosses do not count. Equip a DLC weapon and defeat bosses on Inkwell Isle I and II on Simple or Regular difficulty.

The Golden Touch: Defeat a boss using one of Ms. Chalice's Super Arts. Super Art I is recommended for its vertical beam, useful against bosses like the Announcer Snail or Psycarrot.

The Latest Sensation: Defeat a boss with one of Porkrind's new weapons (Converge, Crackshot, or Twist-Up).

Checkmate: Defeat all of the King Of Games' Champions. These mini-bosses (The Pawns, The Knight, The Bishop, The Rook, and The Queen) must be defeated by parrying only, without weapons or charms. Ms. Chalice's dash parry is particularly helpful.

A King's Admiration: Defeat the King's Gauntlet. This challenge requires defeating all five Champions sequentially without failing. Failing restarts the entire gauntlet.

Compliments To The Chef: Complete your quest on Inkwell Isle IV by defeating all five main bosses and collecting the ingredients for the Wondertart. This unlocks the secret antagonist, Chef Saltbaker, for a final boss fight. Crackshot, Ms. Chalice, and determination can help.

Cooked To Perfection: Achieve an S-Rank on a stage in Inkwell Isle IV. S-Ranks are only available on Expert difficulty (unlocked after finishing the main story and dealing with The Devil). The criteria are the same as A-Ranks. The Moonshine Mob is a recommended stage.

The High Hat: Defeat a boss on Inkwell Isle IV without killing any of its minions. Esther Winchester in "High Noon Hoopla" is a good target, as only the mini-cow is killable.

Hearty: Have 9HP at one time. Equip the Twin Heart charm and use Djimmi The Great's wish for an additional 3HP. Alternatively, try this strategy outside King Dice's Casino or combine the Heart Ring charm with Djimmi for 9HP after six successful parries. Ms. Chalice is recommended.

A Horrible Night To Have A Curse (Secret): Obtain the Broken Relic charm from Porkrind's Emporium and use it to solve the riddle near the southeast side of Isle IV. Refer to the graveyard puzzle guide for details.

Paladin (Secret): Completing "A Horrible Night To Have A Curse" unlocks the Cursed Relic charm. Beating seven or more bosses on Regular or Expert difficulty transforms it into the Divine Relic, which restores 3HP and adds abilities like Coffee, Whetstone, Smoke Bomb, and the Heart Ring.
