    Curtis Sinclaire’s Drive: First, you need to head to Curtis Sinclaire’s Drive. To get there, go through Curtis’ backyard, then over to the small white building at the back. Turn right from there, and you'll find the small drive leading to his house. Keep an eye out on the left side; there's a gate where Curtis keeps his cars. Right near that gate, you'll find a pile of packages. Interact with these to check them off the list.

    The Goat Pen: Next up is The Goat Pen. You can easily get here by heading south from Curtis’ backyard area. Once you're at the front of the compound, head inside and make your way towards the front door. You should see some more packages near the front door, right beside a resting walker. Interact with these.

    Colt Swansong’s Mansion: For the final leg, you need to go to Colt Swansong’s Mansion. Head north from Emma’s place, and use the side gate to get onto the street via Colt’s side pathway. Make your way to the front of his mansion, and look for his garage. This is where you'll find the Mailman, who is actually a Bloater. Defeat him, and he'll drop the Mailman’s keys.

Important Note: The Mailman (the Bloater) won't actually appear until you've visited the other two locations and interacted with the packages. We tried going to Colt's first, and he wasn't there. So make sure you hit Curtis' Drive and The Goat Pen first!
