Drunk and Disorderly

Starting the Quest: First off, head to the Lotusville Mall. Go down to the first floor, on the side opposite the Sterling Hotel. Look for the bathroom right by the last set of stairs you came down. Inside, you'll find a zombie munching on a corpse. Take care of him, and then grab the note lying on the ground near the bodies. This note kicks off 'Drunk and Disorderly' and tells you to hit up Venice Beach for a tattoo shop.

Finding Grant: Fast travel to the Blue Crab. Head up the street until you spot 'Roses Tattoo'. You'll see a shutter out front. Hit the button to open it, but be quick and duck inside! A Screamer and Grant (who's now a zombie, bummer) will be waiting. Take them both down, and grab the note Grant drops.

Finding Cole: The next note will point you towards the 'Gang Green' store, which is just up the street. This time, you're hunting for Cole. He'll be hanging around in front of the store on the far left side of Venice Beach. There are usually a few other zombies milling about, so dispatch Cole quickly to snag the next note he drops.

Finding Jordan: This note sends you back to Santa Monica, specifically to The Pier. Teleport to the Lifeguard Headquarters and make your way to the Pier Grill. Look for a table right under the 'Pier' part of the sign. The note you need is sitting there. Once you pick it up, Jordan, a tough Firestorm Slobber, will spawn in. He spits fire, so keep your distance and use ranged weapons to take him out.

The Reward: After you defeat Jordan, he'll drop his keys. Now, head back to Ocean Avenue and make your way to the Lotusville Mall parking garage. Look for a white SUV parked right in front of you and to your left as you enter. Use Jordan's keys on it. Inside the trunk, you'll find the 'Party Starter' – a sweet pair of flaming brass knuckles. Nice!
