Here's the deal: You need to hunt down a special Crusher zombie known as the 'Party Bouncer.' This guy won't show up until you've finished the 'Resurrect the Rex' side mission in Beverly Hills. Once that's done, head back to that fancy Gods and Whiskey party mansion – you know, the one up the road from the Roxanne and Jessie Kwon residence.

When you get back to the mansion grounds, specifically around the pool area, you'll find the Party Bouncer just chilling (or, you know, not). He's apparently not a fan of the music. Take him down, grab the Bouncer's Keys from his corpse, and then make your way upstairs. You're looking for the Part Contraband Safe. Pop that open, and you'll snag a weapon. We found a Powerful Whispering Blade when we were around level 20, so expect something good!
