Kazusas Research: Other Sidequests 2

Alright, let's dive into Kazusa's sidequest in Final Fantasy Type-0 HD. This guy's a researcher who's a little too interested in Class Zero, and he's got a whole sidequest dedicated to his... investigations. You'll first bump into him during Free Time 2.2 in the Armory. There's an event there, and then he'll whisk you away to his super secret, and frankly, kinda creepy, lab. You'll find it hidden behind a bookshelf on the left side of the Crystarium, just past the Rubicus.

From then on, his lab is your go-to spot for this quest. Just a heads-up, Kazusa is only available when you have between 2 and 6 hours left on the clock for any given day. You'll also need to visit him with specific characters to trigger different scenes. Initially, there are seven scenes to see, and you can revisit him with the same character on another day to see them again. Here's who you need to bring:

Once you've seen all seven of those initial scenes, you'll need to push on to Chapter 7 to continue this sidequest. Don't worry if you're on a subsequent playthrough; it works the same way. When Chapter 7 rolls around, chat with Kazusa, then head over to Central Command and speak with Naghi. He'll give you an item. Take that item back to Kazusa in his lab. After that, find Naghi again in the Crystarium; he'll have a task for you to find Kurasame’s Knowing Tag. Once you've got that, return to Kazusa. Now you'll be able to view a whole new set of scenes, similar to the first batch. Here's the rundown for those:

After you've finished all of these scenes, the final step is to examine the yellow capsule located in Kazusa's lab. Doing so will wrap up this rather peculiar sidequest.
