The Capture of Togoreth Stronghold (Level 13)

After defeating the initial enemies, a series of cutscenes will play, leading into the boss battle against General Qator.

General Qator moves very quickly. Maintain a lock-on at all times to track his position.

He attacks by shooting homing purple energy spheres; dodge these at the last minute.

Qator also uses melee attacks, including a divekick and a quick dash across the screen. He can also use a machine gun and rockets, which are relatively easy to dodge. Focus on avoiding his melee attacks and the purple spheres.

The main challenge is hitting Qator due to his constant movement. Look for Breaksight opportunities after his attacks, but the best chance to deal significant damage is when he becomes downed and is on the ground briefly.

Spend time dodging his attacks and moving around the battlefield until he lands. The Recovery Portal in the room can be used if you take too much damage.

It is random when he will be downed, so watch for this opportunity and attack him immediately. King's Endless Waltz skill can deal massive damage during this phase. Ifrit is another option if you prefer not to focus on landing Breaksights.

Once it begins raining, Qator becomes vulnerable to magic. Fire magic will weaken him, but Lightning magic gains a boost. Consider switching to a powerful magic user to exploit this weakness.

Defeating General Qator concludes the mission and the chapter.
