Walkthrough
- 1Defeat Zodiark in The Minstrel’s Ballad: Zodiark’s Fall Extreme Trial. This is a Level 90 Extreme Trial, significantly harder than the story version, and requires a pre-made party to learn mechanics.
- 2Upon completion, a Chest will appear. The Lynx of Eternal Darkness mount has a rare chance to drop from this chest.
- 3If the mount does not drop, you will receive a Totem. Each victory grants one Totem.
- 4Collect 10 Totems to exchange for a weapon, or after patch 6.1, collect 99 Totems to exchange for the Lynx of Eternal Darkness mount.
Tips
- Zodiark’s Fall Extreme Trial is considered the easiest of the initial launch Extreme Trials.
- Having one player familiar with the mechanics can be helpful, provided the rest of the party executes their rotations correctly.
- The mount is incredibly rare due to both the difficulty of the trial and the low drop rate of the mount itself. You will also be competing with other party members to win the roll if it does drop.
