You'll want to head to Elpis, specifically to Kallimelios Zephyros. The NPC you're looking for is Venat, and she's hanging out at coordinates X:9.6 Y:18. The closest Aetheryte to use is the Poieten Oikos one.

Quest Objectives:

This quest is all about talking to people. Here's the rundown:

1. Speak with Venat. You'll start by chatting with Venat, who's pondering some recent discoveries.
2. Speak with the Peripeteia archivist. After your chat with Venat, you'll need to find an archivist.
3. Speak with the Peripeteia archivist again. Yep, another conversation with the same archivist.
4. Speak with the approachable archivist. This archivist is key, as talking to them will actually transfer you to the next area. Keep an eye out for them!
5. Speak with the unhurried observer. Head to the next marker on your map and chat with this observer. A cutscene will play after this conversation, so get ready for some story.
6. Speak with Venat. Finally, you'll head back to Venat to wrap up the quest.
