Personae non Gratae (Level 82)

Gather information in Tertium. You'll need to find and speak with five specific NPCs: Saninianus, Marcellinus, Octavia, Caeso, and also interact with the Magitek Radio. These are all located in the Garlemald - Regio Domorum - Tertium area. Jullus, the starting NPC, is at coordinates X:32.1 Y:18.

Speak with Alphinaud. After gathering the information, head to the train. Alphinaud is waiting for you inside the first carriage you enter.

Assist Flavius. Move to the next carriage of the train. Flavius will be there, and you'll need to assist him.

Speak with Alphinaud again. Once you've helped Flavius, run back to the previous carriage of the train to find Alphinaud. Speak with him once more.

Speak with Jullus. Finally, return to Jullus. Talking to him will complete the quest and initiate a cutscene.
