There are four categories of UNSC audio logs, with a total of 37 audio logs combined. The categories are listed as Recovered Files, The Prisoner, Outpost Intel, and Infinity’s Approach. All four Recovered Files are automatically acquired during the main Campaign Missions, along with all of The Prisoner UNSC logs. The Outpost Intel logs are located at the Banished Outposts, and the Infinity’s Approach logs are located at the FOBS - Forward Operating Bases. You’ll unlock the Canon Collector achievement once you’ve obtained all UNSC audio logs.

The Prisoner UNSC Audio Logs

  1. 01 - Not My Fault — Found during the Foundation mission, after looting the Mjolnir Armor Upgrade for the energy shield. Interact with the terminal to find a power seed and the audio log to the left of it.
  2. 02 - What Was Inside — Found inside The Tower, during the Recovery main mission. After entering the tower, continue deeper into the hallways. Use AI Scan to highlight it in yellow; it will also be beeping audibly.
  3. 03 - She Was Smiling — Found inside the excavation machine at the heart of the Excavation Site, during the main mission of the same name. Get to the top of the machine and jump down to one of the previously locked doors to find the audio log.
  4. 04 - Easy To Break — Found just outside the main Spire structure, approaching from the northwest. It's on the ground next to a UNSC vehicle.
  5. 05 - Barely Anything Left — Found within the Nexus, during the mission of the same name.
  6. 06 - Price Paid — Found during the Repository main mission. Towards the end of the mission, turn left into a side room.
  7. 07 - 42410-02214-LB — Found during the House of Reckoning main mission, specifically in the Basic Training room.

Outpost Intel UNSC Audio Logs

  1. 01 - Miscommunications — Found at the Armory of Reckoning outpost, hidden between a crack in the rock on the northeastern side.
  2. 02 - No Entry — Found at the Armory of Reckoning outpost, in the ruins of a UNSC vehicle on the northwestern side.
  3. 03 - Nowhere to Hide — Found at the Horn of Abolition outpost, on a cliff in the southeastern part, overlooking the grounds.
  4. 04 - They Are Listening — Found at the Horn of Abolition outpost, on the road to the northeast of the grounds.
  5. 05 - The Ally — Found at the Forge of Teash outpost, in a small cave system outside the grounds.
  6. 06 - Digging Deeper — Found at the Forge of Teash outpost, on the other side of the grounds from “The Ally”.
  7. 07 - Escape Plan — Found at the Redoubt of Sundering outpost, within a cave system accessible from the ramp to the left of the squad leader.
  8. 08 - Last-Ditch Effort — Found at the Redoubt of Sundering outpost, on a hilltop to the left of the main entrance on its northern side.
  9. 09 - To Andrew Valleros — Found at the Ransom Keep outpost, in a ruined UNSC vehicle between two mountains on its southern side.
  10. 10 - Making Ends Meet — Found at the Ransom Keep outpost, on top of a hill at its southern side, above where you found “To Andrew Valleros”.
  11. 11 - A Hastily-Assembled Plan — Found at the Annex Ridge outpost, in the southwest.
