1. Rescuing Charles: Inspect files on the whiteboard, interact with the life support device and computer, and solve the chain console control panel puzzle by adjusting lamp heights. Use the Crowbar found in the room to free Charles and unlock 'The Story of Rescuing the White Mustache' Achievement.
2. Decision Time: After rescuing Charles, you'll face a choice regarding the life support equipment.
• Turn it off: Unlocks 'The Liberation' Achievement and the 'The History Between Edward and Luna' File.
• Keep it on: Unlocks 'The Benevolence' Achievement but does not yield the aforementioned File.
