Walkthrough

    Inspect the files on the whiteboard to the right of the entrance to find the first File: The End (5/8) - Robot Puppets.

    Interact with the large life support device and then the computer to its right. Read all files on the PC desktop, paying attention to the diagram on the far right.

    Interact with the chain console control panel on the far left. Adjust the height of the coloured lamps to match the diagram from the computer: Press the purple/orange button twice, the yellow/green button once, and the blue button twice.

    A set of stairs will appear. Head down into the Secret Corridor.

    Enter the doorway at the far left end of the hall to find another secret room.

    Examine the diary to the right of the doorway.

    Inspect the Beta Type Consciousness Transmission Device for the second File: The End (6/8) - The Research Information of Consciousness Transmission Device.

    Speak with Charles.

    Grab the Crowbar at the far right end of the room.

    Return to Charles and use the Crowbar on the holding cell door. This will unlock the Achievement: The Story of Rescuing the White Mustache.

    After a scene, you will return to the secret lab. You will be presented with two questions. The first choice has no impact, but the second choice determines which Achievement you unlock.

    To unlock The Liberation Trophy/Achievement, choose to "Turn off the equipment". This choice also unlocks the third File: The End (7/8) - The History Between Edward and Luna.

    To unlock The Benevolence Trophy/Achievement, choose to "Leave the equipment on". This choice does not unlock the third File.

    After making your choice, head back down to the secret room to proceed to "The Final Confrontation".
Tips
  • There are three missable Image & Text Files in this section.
  • You must make a choice between two Achievements, as you cannot unlock both in a single playthrough. Reloading an earlier save file is necessary to unlock the other.
  • The diagram on the computer desktop is crucial for solving the lamp puzzle.
  • The Crowbar is found at the far right of the room where Charles is held.
  • 3x Image & Text Files (missable)
