Now, here's a crucial thing to remember: any skill that's on an item *because* of the item's specific title? Those skills will NEVER be leveled up. They're stuck at level 0. So, don't waste your time trying to find high-level versions of skills that are just part of an item's inherent name, like 'Plasma' on a 'SacredRck'. That 'Omega Thunder' skill will always be level 0 because it's tied to the rock's title.
