Alright, let's talk about boosting your SP in Phantom Blade Zero. The most straightforward way is to just keep using skills over and over. It sounds simple, but it can get a bit tedious, especially when your characters get removed after only a few turns. Don't worry though, there's a neat trick called the 'Permanent Effect' that makes this whole process way smoother.

Here’s how to set it up:

1. First off, you'll want to create a random dungeon. Aim for a 'normal' or 'wide' size with 'normal' or 'many' enemies. The key here is to make sure the enemies are significantly lower level than you. This way, you won't be stuck waiting ages for them to take their turns, which speeds everything up.
2. Once you're in, take a look around. You're searching for objects that are giving off specific effects. The ones you're looking for are 'Permanent', 'No Toss', 'No O.B.', 'Grounded', 'Resistant', and 'Rooted'. Even if you don't see 'Permanent' directly, if you spot the others, you've likely found a dungeon that works.
3. After you've found a suitable dungeon, exit it and save your game.
4. Now, it's time to pump up your proficiency with titles. There are tons of titles out there that can give you a nice boost of 5-7 proficiency points per title (7 being the max). Just a heads-up, the 'Status Skill' (Skull) proficiency can only be increased by a maximum of 4 points. Why they made it that way is a mystery, but for this specific skill, you'll want to aim for the 'HiScor' title. It's the easiest to get if you have a merchant at level 127, as they can then sell it in their shop.
5. Head back into a dungeon – it might be a new one or the same one if you haven't saved over it. Check again to see if there's an object that's actually RECEIVING the 'Permanent' effect. Sometimes, you'll find objects with effects, but they aren't actually applying them to anything. If you don't see it, just exit and jump back in until the dungeon randomizes correctly. It can be a bit of a pain, but it's worth it.
6. Once you've got that 'Permanent' effect locked onto an object, it's time to get strategic. Confine the character you want to level up their SP on. Have them start taking out all the enemies, but leave just one alive. Then, systematically destroy all the other objects in the dungeon, making sure to leave the one with the 'Permanent' effect untouched. Finally, take out the last remaining enemy and then destroy any lingering corpses.
7. At the end of this process, you should have Marona (your SP-boosting character), one lone enemy, and that crucial object providing the 'Permanent' effect. From this position, have Marona use the 'Return' skill. This is super important because it keeps the dungeon at its lowest enemy level. If you finish the dungeon or add floors, the enemy level will increase, which is exactly what we want to avoid for efficient SP grinding.
