Route 230 is a water-heavy route in the postgame Battle Zone, accessible from Route 229 or the Fight Area. It features several trainers and various wild Pokémon encounters through tall grass, surfing, fishing, and special events like Mass Outbreaks and Poké Radar.

How to Navigate Route 230

If entering from Route 229, swim west, navigating through rocks and trainers to reach the central island. Four trainers are present on this side. If entering from the Fight Area, head northeast to a berry patch, then use Surf to swim east towards the central island, encountering two trainers near rocks before reaching it.

Towards the north end of the island, a loose rock hides a hidden Carbos to its right. Additionally, a berry patch west of the island (northeast from the Fight Area entrance) contains 4x Grepa Berry and 4x Kelpsy Berry.
