Complete Prey (2017) Part 48 walkthrough, including the Escape Pods and Water Treatment Facility areas, and the Drunk Tank objective.
Walkthrough
- 1Head to the "Escape Pods" area. Note that none of the pods actually work, but they contain loot.
- 2Defeat the Etheric Phantom and the Phantom named "Kirk Remmer". Listen to the [_TRANSCRIBE: KIRK REMMER_] from his body.
- 3Loot "Umi Isaka's Corpse" on the middle platform for [_VEGGIE BLEND_] and a [_SUIT REPAIR KIT_].
- 4Examine the left pods. Open them via the button out front.
- 5Loot "Anong Lao's Corpse" for [_FRAYED WIRE_], [_SPARE PARTS_], and a [_SILENT PISTOL_].
- 6The first pod here is empty.
- 7The second pod contains "Emily Carter's Corpse" with a [_BURNT CIRCUIT BOARD_], [_EMP CHARGE_], [_SUIT REPAIR KIT_], and the [_TRANSCRIBE: EMILY CARTER_]. Listen to this TranScribe for a new side quest.
- 8On the walkway, loot "Hank Majors's Corpse" for a [_BURNST CIRCUIT BOARD_], a [_WEAPON UPGRADE KIT_], and [_9MM BULLET x1_].
- 9The third pod is empty.
- 10On the other side, the end pod has a broken pod control. Repair it with the repair skill. Be ready to fight a Greater Mimic inside.
- 11Loot "Angela Diaz's Corpse" for [_BIOHAZARD WASTE_], the [_[O] PSYCHOACTIVE CHARGER S-I286_] chipset, and a [_RECYCLER CHARGE_].
- 12The next pod contains a [_FRIED HARD DRIVE_] and a [_BURNT CIRCUIT BOARD_].
- 13The third pod contains only an O2 canister.
- 14You can drop down from the catwalk in this area, but there is nothing of value there. Head back to the hub area.
- 15Proceed down the only other path. Watch out for fire in the hallway and kill the corrupted operators.
- 16Loot "Raya Leiruat's Corpse" for a [_SUIT REPAIR KIT_].
- 17Head left towards the "Water Treatment Plant". The door is locked and cannot be opened even with Leverage III, as a Technopath is keeping it closed. Scan it if you need to find him.
- 18You can try to go right to the "Reactor Control Room", but the door is corrupted. Scan it for an entry on "Corrupted Devices". Loot the nearby toolbox for [_USED PLASTIC TUBING x2_].
- 19To progress, look up in the hallway for a walkway. Use the Gloo Gun to create a path up to the first steel beam to the left of the split in the hallway. From there, go to a pipe behind you, then left, and create another Gloo path on the left wall up to the catwalk.
- 20Open the maintenance hatch with [_FRAYED WIRE x2_] and [_USED PLASTIC TUBING_].
- 21Continue to another hatch and enter the "Water Treatment Facility".
- 22Drop down and defeat the Technopath. Also take out the operator.
- 23Find the "Power ON" switch nearby and activate it.
- 24Loot the [_EXPERIMENTAL WORK PERMIT NOTE_] by the power switch and the "Too Far, Too Fast III" book.
- 25Loot "Cynthia Dringus's Corpse" for a [_BANANA PEEL_] and the [_[O] PSYCHOSHOCK SHIELDING (*) 21.4GHZ_] chipset.
- 26A RECYCLER is located in the back left of the room.
- 27Repair the panel to the left of the entrance. This will grant you the [_GLOO GUN_].
- 28Loot "Roger Meir's Corpse" for [_FRAYED WIRE_] and a [_SUIT REPAIR KIT_].
- 29On the right side of the room, look under the fallen crates under a catwalk for "Kane Rosito's Corpse" and loot a [_BROKEN COOLER FAN_], [_SUIT REPAIR KIT_], and [_NULLWAVE TRANSMITTER x2_]. This is part of the "TREASURE HUNT! 3/4-" objective.
- 30Locate "3" on the right wall past the recycler machine. This corresponds to "Hordinbaffle's Map".
- 31Take the stairs to the left of the entrance (where the broken junction box was) to reach the "Monitoring Station".
- 32Defeat the "Voltaic Phantom" inside.
- 33Loot the trashcan for [_USED CIGAR x4_], [_OLD SARDAR BOURBON x4_], [_GREEN BEETLE GIN_], [_DUCK BEER_], [_SPARE PARTS x2_], the [_CHEERS... NOTE_], and [_POMEGRANATE MOONSHINE_]. This is the location of "Price Broadway".
