Head to the Atrium area in Hardware Labs. Defeat any enemies, such as the Poltergeist and Weaver.

Enter the small room where the Phantom is located. Defeat the Phantom.

Loot the Phantom for the Q-BEAM CELL FABRICATION PLAN and Typhon spoils.

Loot the room: find Q-BEAM CELLS x139 on the first desk, Q-BEAM CELLS x188 behind the second desk's monitor, a NULLWAVE TRANSMITTER in a corner box, and SHOTGUN SHELLS x12 on metal shelves.

Download the "Blackbox File" from the PC to complete "The Blackbox Project" quest.

Return to the Arboretum and proceed to Alex's office to progress the Main Quest.

Loot Alex's desk for a TYPHON LURE, NEUROMOD x3, and an ANTI-RAD PHARMA FABRICATION PLAN.

Interact with Alex's PC and choose to upload to "Coral Management".

After the upload is intercepted by "KASPAR intercept protocols", Alex will message you about "Commander Dahl" taking over.

Prepare for an attack and defeat the three "Military Operator's" that appear.

A new objective, "Access Dahl's command shuttle" in Shuttle Bay, will appear.

A secondary objective, "Deactivate your Tracking Bracelet (Deep Storage)", will also appear due to Dahl tracking you.

Head to Deep Storage. Doctor Igwe will contact you, asking you to meet him in your office in the Talos I Lobby to discuss incapacitating Dahl. This updates the objective to "Meet Igwe at your office".

Proceed to Daniella Cho's office in Deep Storage. Defeat the 2-3 Operators inside.

Use the PC on the left in Daniella Cho's office to deactivate your tracking bracelet. The code is 0913.

After deactivating the bracelet, you will receive a message from "Luther Glass" starting the side quest "Help Luther Glass". The objective is to "Meet Luther Glass (Talos I Lobby)".

Return to the Talos I Lobby via the main elevator.

Go to your office and speak with Dr. Igwe about Dahl. This updates the objective to "Subdue Dahl without killing him."

Head to the "Medical Bay" area below your office to start the "Help Luther Glass" quest.

Warning: Be prepared for an ambush by approximately six "Military Operators" in the Medical Bay. It is recommended to kite them together and use an EMP CHARGE followed by a RECYCLER CHARGE to defeat them quickly.

Defeating these enemies completes the "Walter Glass" quest.

Explore "Dr. DeVries' Office" in the Medical Bay, which you can now access with his keycard.

Loot the trashcan by the door for a USED CIGAR and a BANANA PEEL.

Find another USED CIGAR on the ground and CRUMPLED PAPER in another trashcan.

Collect SPIRALITE COOKIES x6 from three pieces of luggage in the corner.

Use "Hacking II" to open "Dr. DeVries' Safe" for PSI HYPO x2, a SUIT REPAIR KIT, and NEUROMOD x3.

Check the PC in Dr. DeVries' Office for two new emails: "MORGAN'S PSYCH EVALS" and "SUBJECT FOR QUARANTINE".

Head to Shuttle Bay.
