Loot [_OFFICER BOWSER'S STATEMENT_] to get the optional objective: Find Yuri's Neuromods.

Examine "Demetri Bowser's Corpse" for a [_SUIT REPAIR KIT_].

Head to the teller window area and use the security computer to download an area map and view the personnel list.

Check the four new emails: [_EMAIL 26: HELP!_], [_EMAIL 27: HELP!_], [_EMAIL 28: HELP!_], and [_EMAIL 29: MORGAN YU'S OFFICE KEYPAD_].

Collect [_NEUROMOD x4_] from a briefcase near the computer.

Search filing cabinets for [_BASEBALL GLOVES x3_], a [_SUIT REPAIR KIT_], a [_USED CIGAR_], and [_DISRUPTOR BATTERIES x77_].

Use the manual door release to exit and return to the lobby.

Go up the stairs. Loot a rolling trash can for a [_LEMON PEEL_] and [_CRUMPLED PAPER_].

Defeat the mimic trash can and loot "Laura McAvoy's Corpse" for a [_PETRI DISH SAMPLE_].

Enter the Trauma Center (keycard obtained earlier). SAVE YOUR GAME.

Defeat the regular phantom and the fire phantom. Prioritize fighting one at a time and maintaining health.

After the fight, loot the area: [_CRUMPLED PAPER_] from a trash can, [_COSMO FLOWER CUTTINGS x5_], a [_METHUSELAH APPLE_], [_FLEXIFOAM BOLTS x2_], and a [_BASEBALL GLOVE_] from filing cabinets.

Use the security PC to download another area map, check crew files, and read two emails: [_EMAIL 30: RE: RE: NSP BOOSTER SHOTS?_] and [_EMAIL 31: INCOMING CASUALTIES_].

The second email updates the optional objective: Get Bellamy's room key from his body. (Psychotronics)

Find [_SYLVAIN BELLAMY: TRACKING BRACELET_] near the left desk.

Loot a trashcan for [_LEMON PEEL x2_] and "Anna Goldcrest's Corpse" for a [_PETRI DISH SAMPLE_].

Find another [_METHUSELAH APPLE_] in the right corner.

Head down the left hallway. Note "Hendrick Devries" door is locked.

Enter "Mathias Kohl's" room. Loot "April McGuire's Corpse" for [_LEMON PEEL x2_].

In Kohl's office, find the "Good Cop / Good Cop" book and [_COSMO FLOWER CUTTINGS_] on the desk.

Check Kohl's PC for three recordings in the "Files" section.

Use utilities to reset the test and check emails: [_EMAIL 32: HAVE MY PEOPLE BEEN COMING TO YOU?_], [_EMAIL 33: RE: TREVOR YOUNG_], and [_EMAIL 34: QUARANTINE SUBJECT_].

Reading the last email provides the [_QUARANTINE AREA KEYCODE_].
