- Exploration is Key: Always explore the map! Grab resources to boost your economy, capture buildings for more income, and gain vision. If you don't loot, your opponent will. Try to increase your Wielder's movement stat and get a secondary Wielder to speed up looting. This lets your main Wielder focus on more fights each turn. Remember to use the ALT key often – it shows you what you can interact with and can even reveal items hidden behind environmental objects.
- Make a Strategy: Before you dive in, decide on a plan. What units are you aiming for? What research do you want to prioritize? Focusing on a few unit types means cheaper research and quicker reinforcements, but you'll be less flexible with spells.
