The Serpent Queen is the second boss you'll face in Act 1, encountered at the climax of the "Venomous Veil" mission. This agile, bio-engineered monstrosity presents a significant challenge with its rapid movements and debilitating poison attacks. Unlike the Alpha Strider, the Serpent Queen prioritizes speed and area denial over raw durability, forcing players to adapt their positioning and engagement tactics.

Her primary attacks include a rapid-fire venom spit, a sweeping tail lash, and a devastating ground slam that releases a corrosive cloud. The key to victory lies in understanding her attack patterns and exploiting the brief windows of vulnerability after each major offensive. Equipping gear with poison resistance or carrying Antidote Injectors is highly recommended for this encounter.

• Phase 1: Agile Assault
  • The Serpent Queen will primarily use her venom spit and tail lash. Maintain medium range to dodge the spit and close in after a tail lash to deal damage.
  • Watch for the glowing green buildup around her mouth – this indicates an incoming venom spit.
• Phase 2: Corrosive Cloud
  • Once her health drops to 60%, she'll introduce the ground slam, creating a toxic cloud. Immediately move out of the affected area.
  • This is a good opportunity to reload or use healing items while she's recovering from the slam.
