Welcome to "Whispers of Rebellion," a pivotal mission where you'll infiltrate a heavily fortified corporate research facility to extract vital intelligence. This mission introduces new enemy types and environmental hazards, demanding a more tactical approach than previous encounters. Success here is crucial for understanding the true scope of the rebellion's plans and preparing for the challenges ahead in Act 2.

Your primary objective is to locate and download data from three specific terminals within the facility. Expect heavy resistance from upgraded corporate security forces, including new "Enforcer" units and automated turrets. Stealth is an option for the initial approach, but be prepared for direct confrontation once your presence is detected. Resource management, particularly ammunition and grenades, will be key to survival.

Upon mission start, you'll be deployed on the outskirts of the facility. Your first task is to bypass the perimeter defenses. We recommend taking the western approach, using the overgrown foliage for cover. Look for a ventilation shaft entrance marked with a flickering red light; this provides a less guarded entry point into the facility's lower levels. Be wary of laser tripwires inside the shaft – they're easily spotted with your tactical visor.

Once inside, your immediate goal is to reach the central research wing. This area is patrolled by standard corporate guards and occasional "Scout Drones." Prioritize taking out the drones silently with your suppressed pistol to avoid alerting larger patrols. The first data terminal is located in the "Bio-Containment Lab" on the second floor. Access requires a keycard, which can be found on a deceased scientist near the main entrance to the lab wing. Remember to check all side rooms for additional ammo and health packs.
