This subsection will guide you through the process of creating new weapons, from gathering blueprints and materials to understanding the nuances of weapon tiers and modifications. Mastering weapon crafting is crucial for tackling higher difficulty missions and dominating the battlefield.

Understanding Weapon Blueprints

Weapon blueprints are the foundation of all crafted weapons. Each blueprint specifies the base weapon type (e.g., Assault Rifle, Shotgun, Sniper Rifle) and its initial stats. Blueprints can be acquired through several methods:

• Mission Rewards: Completing specific story missions or side quests often grants new weapon blueprints.
• Vendor Purchases: The Black Market Vendor in the Central Hub occasionally sells rare blueprints for a significant amount of Credits or Data Chips.
• Enemy Drops: Elite enemies and bosses have a small chance to drop unique weapon blueprints upon defeat.
• Exploration: Hidden caches and secret areas within mission zones sometimes contain valuable blueprints.

Once acquired, a blueprint is permanently added to your crafting repertoire. You can view all your available blueprints at the Crafting Station.

Gathering Crafting Materials

The Crafting Process
