Trickity Tower

So Close Yet So Far Cat Shine: Head past the gate to the lighthouse. An invisible tower blocks the Cat Shine straight ahead. Go around to the side with wooden crates floating in mid-air. Perform a Ground Pound on invisible platforms to reveal sections. Past the crates, an incline leads upwards. Jump over spike traps thrown by Spike enemies. A path before the first Spike leads to another with a Spike at the end. Past the second Spike, use wooden crates to reach another section by Ground Pounding down. Follow the linear path back to the main tower with the Shine, but you cannot enter yet. Find the next path, leading to two more Spike enemies. Past them, avoid four spike traps circling a hole at the top of the invisible tower. Jump into the hole to find the Cat Shine. A pipe will appear to exit.

Blue Coin Bustle Cat Shine: After collecting the first Shine, a P-Switch appears past the gate. Run straight to collect the first set of blue coins, then go around the invisible tower for more. The second set appears on the first ramp in a pattern requiring back-and-forth movement. After collecting the final coin on the ramp, turn and run along the next path, collecting coins. Drop down the hole where wooden crates were, staying in the middle for coins. Collect more coins at the bottom, including some on an upper ledge. The final set of coins is across a small gap before the last six coins. Collecting the final blue coin spawns the Cat Shine near the P-Switch.

Hurry! Watch Your Step! Cat Shine: Near the start, hit the Ground Pound button to reveal a series of platforms. Traverse these platforms to reach the Cat Shine at the end before the 20-second timer expires. The Cat Shine itself is tied to this timer. Invisible paths connect the blocks, so multiple attempts may be needed.

Five Cat Shine Shards Cat Shine:

• Cat Shine Shard #1: Go to the opposite end of the course, upwards. This Shard is off to the side of the main platform/tower, underneath the walkway that begins your ascent.

Cat Shine Shard #2: Get on the main invisible path and climb the first ramp. The Shard is off the main path at the top of the ramp.

Cat Shine Shard #3: Near the hole where wooden crates were, there is a tall wall behind it. Use the Super Bell power-up to climb to the top of this wall to find the Shard.

Cat Shine Shard #4: Drop down the hole and continue past the second floor of the tower. The Shard is off to the side just past the tower.

Cat Shine Shard #5: Continue up the next ramp. At the top, you will see a different platform. This path leads underneath the main one and straight to the Shard. Collecting this Shard nets the Cat Shine.

Blast the Fury Blocks Cat Shine: The Fury Blocks are not on the main path; look behind the lighthouse. An invisible path will lead you to them.
