Walkthrough

Turn around at the start and jump off the back-center to find Green Star #1.

Move to the rotating platform and jump past the Piranha Plant to reach the next large platform.

Dash to the Rabbit that holds Green Star #2. If you miss it, chase it around the fountain.

Cross the next set of rotating platforms, heading left to a switch that requires Princess Peach to activate. This will grant you the Stamp.

Jump past the Goombas to the raised platform with the Cloud Cannon.

Use the Cloud Cannon and race through the clouds, collecting clocks for extra time. At the end, you can collect Green Star #3.

Make a good jump to reach the top of the Goal Pole.

Tips

The timer is 100 seconds, which is ample time to collect everything.
If you are not playing as Princess Peach, you can always replay the stage later to get the Stamp.
Obtaining the Super Star in the Cloud Cannon section provides extra time.
