Walkthrough
- 1Start by collecting coins. Use the clear pipe at the back to reach a cliff.
- 2If you have the Cat Suit, climb the wall to find Green Star #1. Otherwise, grab a power-up from the ?-Block below.
- 3Find the P-Switch with an “M” on it on a small island south of the cliff.
- 4As Mario, step on the P-Switch to get the level’s Stamp.
- 5Go through the pipe to the right and head under the far hill to find a 1-Up Mushroom.
- 6Go through the Red Ring and collect all eight coins to earn a Super Bell.
- 7Climb the tall left and right ledges for coins.
- 8Continue north, navigate the platforms, and go down the pipe.
- 9Take the top path underground to find a power-up from a ?-Block.
- 10At the end of the floor, jump up and climb the wall (if you have the Cat Suit) to reach coins, then drop down to the green pipe.
- 11In the next room, step on all the tiles to earn Green Star #2.
- 12Head back and intentionally fall near the rotating wheels to find coin blocks and Green Star #3.
- 13Use the pipe to return to the top, then enter the next pipe to reach the final area.
- 14Grab the Super Mushroom from a wooden box on the right if needed.
- 15Use the rolling hills to reach the top of the Goal Pole.
Tips
- New enemies like Galoombas (take two hits) and Skipsqueaks (jump in place) appear in this stage.
- If you don't have the Cat Suit for the first Green Star, the ?-Block provides a Super Bell if you are big.
- The Stamp requires playing as Mario. You can replay the level with him if you missed it.
- Don't be afraid to fall near the rotating wheels; it leads to Green Star #3.
