Episode 14 - Loss Within Victory

Your special partner has two turns before you. Use this time to move towards the Heavy Cannon.

On your turn, select the Shamrock (ensure it has anti-tank rounds and improvements, especially treads). Move forward and destroy the Heavy Cannon.

Mortar the ace in the trench.

Move the Shamrock north towards the base, getting as far north as possible.

Select Rosie (give her the best flamethrower). Run directly towards the Cannon Bunker. It won't fire anti-tank rounds. Target it with your flamethrower from close range (near the southeast corner). If she has the VB FW 2(g), she can destroy it in one shot.

Finish off the bunker with Rosie, then turn towards the enemy ace.

Eliminate the ace with Rosie, preferably with a flamethrower if she can one-shot him. Push as far north as possible into the pit where the ace was.

Select Welkin. Move north until you can push right, then circle back south. You can go through a bunker (watch for mines) aiming southeast. End your phase with 1 CP remaining.

The enemy will attack your partner, but she'll handle it.

On your turn, select Welkin and push southeast towards the tip of the rock wall.

Select Rosie, run to the base, and occupy it. This triggers a cutscene, your partner leaves, and two enemy tanks and reinforcements appear. Two snipers will also appear near Rosie. End Rosie's turn facing west, crouching if possible.

Select Welkin. You should be behind the enemy line. Move down and target the back of enemy boss tank A. It takes two hits to destroy. After the second hit, turn back towards the enemy troops and get them within your tank's machine gun range to hinder their movement.

Select Largo. Run him towards the nearest bunker and crouch, facing southeast.

Select the Shamrock. Push northeast around the south side of the building with the ladder. Use your last two CP to push north, then immediately turn left to face the enemy troops. Move as far west as possible, finishing by facing north and away from the cliff edge. This prevents lancers from easily flanking you. Park near the trench area north of the small houses. Save and end your phase.

The enemy will use their turn to attack. They will target Rosie with snipers (she should counter) and Largo (your tank should keep them occupied).

On your turn, ignore incendiary fire warnings. Select the Shamrock and move it down the ramp to the west, towards enemy tank boss B. Get behind it (it's a tight fit). Use two turns to destroy it.
