Start: Begin with Alicia. Move her forward hugging the right wall, watching for mines. Target and shoot the enemy scout leader to the left (aim for the head; "shots to kill" under 5 indicates a headshot). Continue hugging the right wall towards glowing fireflies.

Fireflies & First Flower: Trigger a cutscene near the fireflies. Move through them and follow the south-most path on the other side of the berm. Note the location of a blue flower on the right. Continue as far as Alicia can go.

Welkin & First Flower Activation: Select Welkin. Follow the same path, watching for mines, and finish off the scout leader if not already dead. Go through the path towards the glowing flower. When close, press the action button to "view event" and trigger a cutscene that slightly heals Alicia.

Bridge Approach: After the cutscene, move Welkin through the path, turning north towards the bridge. Watch for a mine near the bridge. Position Welkin at the edge of the bridge, fudging right if necessary, so Alicia can cross without stepping on the mine. End the turn.

Second Phase - Bridge Crossing: Start with Alicia. Move her north across the bridge, triggering another cutscene. Immediately try to trigger the searchlight to make it fall harmlessly.

West Path & Scout Leader: Turn Alicia left (west) and follow the southern-most path. Move slowly near a large rock on the right to spot an enemy scout leader in the grass. Immediately enter targeting mode and throw a grenade at him, then end your turn before he can shoot.

Welkin & Scout Leader: Select Welkin. Move him across the bridge and take the same path. Stop just short of Alicia and toss a grenade over the rock at the scout leader. If he was already damaged, a close grenade should kill him. Alternatively, run around the corner and shoot him.

Second Searchlight & Second Flower: Continue past Alicia towards the next searchlight. Avoid it by waiting for it to pass and taking the counter-clockwise path (right-most/northern path). The light travels clockwise. Past the light, you'll find the second glowing flower on your right, with a tree just past it. Stop Welkin just past the flower when "view event" appears and end his turn. End the phase.

Third Phase - Mortars & Third Flower: Mortars should fall harmlessly. Start with Alicia. Move her to the tree just past Welkin, but do not go around the next corner. To avoid the clockwise spotlight with Alicia, wait for it to pass, then move to the small bush on the left side of the path and wait; the light will miss you.

Welkin & Third Flower Activation: Save your game. Select Welkin and use the second flower again. This heals Alicia significantly. Take Welkin forward around the corner and quickly move right, hugging the right wall tightly. You will likely get shot and trigger another searchlight, but this is acceptable.

Tips

Scouts should be at least level 8 by this point.
Save often, especially after each phase, as you may die multiple times.
The blue flowers heal Alicia and increase her movement distance, but do not remove her hobbling. Welkin must trigger them.
Use security lights strategically; triggering them correctly can make them harmless or even beneficial.
