Trollgore: This is a straightforward tank and spank encounter. Ensure you pick up all adds that spawn during the fight.

Novos: Clear the adds that spawn on the stairs from both ends. Once all adds are dealt with, focus all damage on the boss. Using anti-magic spells can significantly reduce the stress on your healer.

King Dred: First, pick off the initial ratpors within the pen. After that, pull King Dred out of the pen. If executed correctly, his fear ability will not send players into other nearby mobs. The rest of the fight is a tank and spank.

Tharon'ja: Beyond burning the boss, Tharon'ja will periodically transform players into skeletons. Dots (damage over time effects) and pets will continue to fight even when you are a skeleton. When transformed, only the tank should taunt. Everyone else should use a bone shield ability and spam their attack. Healing is performed with the 4th attack.
