Alright, so you're looking to snag the Phoenix Summon in Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII Reunion? It's a super useful one, especially for those tough later missions, because its Rebirth Flame attack hits hard and can even revive you like a Phoenix Down. You'll need to hang tight until Chapter 8 of the story, when Zack and Sephiroth head to Nibelheim for that big mission there.

Once you arrive in Nibelheim village, you'll see Sephiroth chilling outside the Inn. Don't worry about him just yet! Instead, turn to your right and find a young boy. Chatting with him is key because he'll kick off the 'Seven Wonders' sidequest, which actually spans Chapters 8 and 9. Completing this quest line will eventually unlock the 'Seven Wonders Expert' trophy/achievement for you. He'll also give you the first clue for the quest: something about the residents getting red water in their drinking supply.

To solve this first wonder, head to the water tower right in the middle of the village square. You might get a cutscene with Sephiroth first if you're right at the start of the chapter. Just go up to the water tower and examine it. Zack will climb up and figure out that a red Materia is what's causing the water to turn red.
