    After getting the Fire Seed, continue hugging that left wall. Keep moving until you find a staircase. Head down it, and that'll lead you out of the fog.
Tips
  • Don't try to just power through the fog itself. You'll be swarmed by enemies that are incredibly hard to see, let alone fight. They love to circle around and hit you from behind with critical strikes, or even snipe you with arrows from a distance. It's tough, but they *can* be defeated if you're persistent.
  • Keep your eyes peeled for very faint white shadows. If you can land even a small hit on them, their health bar will pop up, making them much easier to track. Make sure you have the enemy health bar setting enabled in your options if you've turned it off!
  • It's definitely worth the effort to clear out this area. There are quite a few useful items scattered around, like Lifegems and souls.
  • In that circular clearing you'll find, look for the head of a deceased mercenary. Talking to them can offer some interesting lore and insights.
  • Warning: Be extremely careful of the cliff edge in this area. It's very difficult to spot in the fog, and falling off is a one-way trip.
