Alright, so you're playing through the Android/Cell Saga and you've just taken control of Vegeta after that whole Driver's License Lunacy mess. Before you do anything else, hop out of Capsule Corporation. You should see a new Substory pop up! Head northwest from Capsule Corp, pretty close to that lighthouse you might have seen. You'll find Tien chilling on a cliff.
When you talk to Tien, he's feeling a bit down. Apparently, some folks are getting way stronger, and he's worried he's falling behind. Vegeta, being Vegeta, is gonna be Vegeta and insult him, which, surprise surprise, makes Tien want to fight you. So, get ready for a sparring match!
- 1After taking control of Vegeta during Driver’s License Lunacy, exit Capsule Corporation.
- 2Head northwest of Capsule Corp, near the lighthouse, to find Tien on a cliff.
- 3Speak to Tien to trigger the fight.
- 4Defeat Tien in battle.
- This fight is pretty similar to the one you had against Tien back in the Saiyan Saga when you were playing as Piccolo.
- Tien mainly uses two attacks: Dodon Ray and Tri-Beam. Both are fairly easy to dodge, so don't sweat them too much.
- Tri-Beam is a bit slower to charge up than Dodon Ray. You might be able to counter it with a charged attack like Galick Gun if you time it right.
- The substory ends as soon as you win the battle.
