He'll give you some clues and mark broad search areas on your map with circles. You're looking for purple orbs within these circles.
- 3Locate the Yuckermelon: The first ingredient is the Yuckermelon. The search area for this one is a southern circle, close to the shoreline. Look for a rock archway; the Yuckermelon will be right underneath it.
- 4Find the Ajisa Orange: The second ingredient is the Ajisa Orange. This one is located to the east of the Yuckermelon, generally southeast of Frieza's ship. Head to the center of the search circle and check the base of the trees for the purple orb.
- 5Track Down the Rollonut: The final ingredient is the Rollonut. This search area is mostly water, located to the west. The purple orb is actually in the water, at the base of a large hill near the center of the circle. You might need to hover above the water and use your 'search' ability to pinpoint the exact spot.
- 6Return to Melone: Once you've collected all three ingredients, head back to Melone. Hand them over, and you'll successfully complete the substory.
Tips
- Don't forget to use your Ki-searching ability! It makes the purple orbs glow brighter and appear larger, which really helps when you're trying to find them in those broad search areas.
- The game gives you a general area (a circle on the map) for each ingredient. Focus your search within that circle, and keep an eye out for those distinctive purple orbs.
