- 1First things first, you need to speak with Bulma. She's usually hanging around Capsule Corp. She won't know anything about the book, but she'll give you a clue: she saw Turtle hanging out behind Roshi's house.
- 2Head over to Master Roshi's house and go around to the back. You'll find Turtle there. Talk to him, and he'll give you a hint that the book is buried somewhere. The game will even put a nice big marker on your map to help you out.
- 3Go to the marked spot. You'll see a prompt to dig. Just interact with it, and you'll unearth the book.
- 4Once you've got the book, you'll automatically return it to Roshi. Mission accomplished!
