    When you enter Mobliz, head to the item shop and buy at least one Dried Meat.

    Visit the other shops and purchase armor and weapon upgrades; the White Cape from the Relic shop is recommended.

    For free healing, sleep on the bed in the back of the Relic shop.

    To start the sidequest, speak with the wounded soldier in the northeastern house.

    After he requests a letter, speak with the man in the center house who has carrier pigeons.

    Give the man 500 Gil to send the message.

    Examine the clock near the man to find an Elixir.
