    Begin this section of Hitman: Absolution with significantly reduced health; there are no First Aid Cabinets available.

    Proceed through the ruins. You will regain some health as you advance.

    Enter the Ruined Room to find Agent 47's Suit and an Iron. Pick up the Iron.
