Part 86

Garrote the first hostage and drag their body to a container past the large bus for disposal.

Southeast of the dead hostage, behind a short bamboo wall, find a Brick. Drop the Iron behind the left end of the bamboo wall, then drop the Brick near the Iron. Grab the Agency Tanto Knife.

Crouch behind the bamboo wall over the dropped objects to lure a patrolling Guard.

When the Guard is close, toss the Knife at the base of the surfboard at the end of the wall. Grab another object.

When the Guard approaches the Knife, toss the object past the black crates where you found the Knife.

Loop around the other end of the bamboo wall, get behind the Guard, and Garrote them. Dump their body into the container with the other Guard. Pick up the Knife and object and drop them back behind the bamboo wall.

North of your position are two Guards. Walk north, staying close to the wall on your right to grab a Golf Club, then return to the bamboo wall. The Guards will split up as you approach.

Crouch between the dead hostage and the right end of the bamboo wall to triple lure the next Guard.

When the Guard reaches the south end of their patrol, toss the Golf Club at the palm tree south of their position, then grab one of the dropped objects.

As the Guard nears the Golf Club, throw the object at the surfboard, then throw another object past the black crates when they get close to that.

Loop around and Garrote the Guard. You can leave this body here.

Sneak north along the main wall, avoiding the Guard near the Ruined Room. At the north side of the course is a bridge. Just past the east end of the bridge is a small bamboo wall. Hide behind it.

The Guard's northern patrol point is the east end of the bridge. They will then stop at the bridge near the Exit Point, then go to the other end of their route near the mountain. Heather will stop at the bar for coffee, stand at the west end of the bridge, then head south before returning.

Wait for both Heather and the Guard to head south away from the bar. When you reach the bar, Poison the Coffee and return to the bamboo wall.

Eventually, both will return. The Guard will be near you as Heather drinks the poisoned coffee and dies. When the Guard turns around and sees the body, go up behind them and Garrote them.

Pick up the Radio at the other bar and head to the Exit Point to complete this section.
