NPC Quests Overview:

1. Andreas of Ebb: Objective is to find his book, located in Upper Calrath City near a tower leading back to Skyrest Bridge.
2. Byron: Objective is to find his necklace. Byron appears at various vestiges. The amulet is found on a trader named Winterberry in Revelations Depths, specifically when you reach the Hoist in Sunless Skein.
3. Damarose: Objective is to support Adyr. Her story changes based on whether you cleanse the beacon, impacting the game's ending.
4. Drustan: Objective is to find his brother, Melchior. Drustan appears in Fitzroy Gorge Cave, the Calrath Slums vestige's balcony, and in the Fief at the end of an ice cave.
5. Exacter Dunmire: Objective is to collect tainted relics from corrupted Orius followers in Pilgrim’s Belled Rise, Calrath, and the Hallowed Brother and Sister locations.
6. Gerlinde & Sparky: Objective is to collect three runes for blacksmithing upgrades. These are found in Fitzroy’s Gorge cave, the Mining District of Calrath, and the Tower of Penance.
7. Iron Wayfarer: Objective is a mystery. Find him in the Tutorial Village, on the road to Calrath, and within Calrath City.
8. Kukajin: Objective is to defeat beacon bosses. Rescue her from petrification using the Sanctify spell. She can then be hired for boss fights at Skyrest Bridge, but requires payment after each successful boss defeat.
9. Paladin Isaac: Objective is to avenge Isaac. Find memories in Lower Calrath City Entrance, The Fief (x2), and the Path of Devotion. His memories are used later in the Lightreaper fight.
10. Stomund: Objective is to assemble a banner. Go to the Abbey of Hallowed Sisters and give him two items found in the Abbey and the Manse.
11. Thehk-ihir: Objective is to find this traveling merchant. Speak to him at all the vestiges where he spawns.
12. Tortured Prisoner: Objective is to uncover why she is a prisoner. Find items related to her identity in various areas of Calrath City.
