After gathering all four memories, you'll face an Umbral version of Isaac. Beat him, grab the Umbral version of his flesh, and return it to where you first picked up the Flayed Flesh. This opens a previously hidden path, completing the quest and unlocking Isaac as a summon for the Lamphunter demon fight later on.
