Pilgrim's Perch Walkthrough

From Skyrest, descend the scaffolding and main platform, collecting any loot found in these areas, including items hidden on beams and under scaffolding. Use Soul Flay on a beam in the Umbral realm to obtain a shield.

Enter the Sanctuary temple to find the Sanctuary Vestige.

Defeat the boss within the Sanctuary. After the fight, collect the Saintly Quint.

Climb the ladder at the back of the Sanctuary. Before dropping down, explore the Umbral realm. Bypass fake doors, collect items like an Empyrean Grenade, and interact with soul flay creatures on the wall for Umbral loot. Speak with the NPC located here to begin her quest chain.

Descend to the bottom of the chapel area and prepare to fight the Scourged Sister boss. Dodge her attacks and use terrain for cover against ranged attacks.

After defeating the Scourged Sister, enter the cave. A bell wizard may be overlooking the edge; you can push it off. Collect an item to the left. Cross into the Umbral for an optional route with rewards, including three Bleed Salts. Jump the gap in the Umbral to find a Lacerating Knife.

Climb the ladder. You will find a cave system with a locked door requiring the Pilgrim's Key. This key can be purchased from Stormund in Skyrest for 9500 Vigor and unlocks a heavy armor set. Consider using a Vestige Seed here.

Prepare for a gauntlet with enemies in both Axiom and Umbral. A wizard will be positioned above. Use cover to avoid its attacks. New enemy types with spiky helmets will charge after whipping themselves. Avoid being knocked off edges. You can attempt to avoid these enemies, climb a ladder to deal with the mage, and find a Plain Shield behind it.

Enter the Umbral to cross a bridge to the other side of the platform. Reset your Umbral state and ignore respawning enemies.

Climb more ladders. Jump across hanging platforms and then to another wooden scaffolding area with another ladder. Use ranged weapons or magic to deal with mages before crossing. Another spiky enemy will be present before the last ladder.

Reach the next area and cross into the Umbral. Use an Umbral platform on the left to access moving platforms via Soul Flay, allowing you to cross a gap. Collect the item on the hand and proceed through the cave on this platform.

The cave leads to the Bellcave Vestige point. Be cautious of a spiky enemy hiding in the corridor; you can bait it to charge off the edge.
