This means you'll have to defeat the Blacksmith and then, when you finally face Pieta at the end of the game, you'll need to choose the 'Soulflay' option during your conversation with her. Once you've done that and have Pieta's remembrance, you need to head straight back to Molhu in Skyrest. Seriously, don't mess around.
