Part 9: Revisiting Sector 3 [WA09]

Take the elevator to Sector 3. Go right and use the Grapple Beam to reach the top of the room. Destroy the Super Missile lock and interact with the Terminal. Grapple Beam over to the unlocked area to collect the Energy Part.

Grapple Beam back to the platform and Power Bomb the Desbrachian. Kill it and enter its room to find Missile Tank [MT46].

Return to the elevator where you fought the Rhedogian for the third time (marked as circular and in the northeast corner of your minimap (a small map displayed on your HUD (Heads-Up Display))). In the Environmental Test Floor, Speed Boost straight ahead, Shinespark, then Space Jump into the Refinery. Take the elevator down.

Instead of using the Grapple Points, Space Jump to the Missile Tank across the lava pit [MT47]. Use the Morph Ball tunnel at the front-right corner of the room, then kick climb up. Use the Grapple Points to cross.

Drop down in the next room and take the door on the right. After kick climbing up the first shaft, break the Super Missile lock on the ceiling and kick climb up to get a Missile Tank [MT48].

Drop to the bottom of the second shaft and Space Jump left over the lava pit to get a Missile Tank [MT49].

Continue right in the room with Magdollites, Space Jumping to avoid the fourth Magdollite's fireball. In the Floor Observation Room, approach the door on the left and Space Jump toward the wall to enter a vent. Grab the Missile and return to the Magdollite room.

Check your map and Space Jump to the other side of the room where the item blip is. Use a Power Bomb to break the stalagmite sticking out of the lava, revealing a Missile Tank [MT51].

Continue right on this path and enter the door. Kill the Heat Bulls and destroy the Super Missile lock on the floor. Pick up the Missile Tank [MT52] and proceed upstairs.

Walk until you see a red gate on the floor. Use Search View to locate a switch. Shoot through the glass with your beam to open the gate. Enter the tunnel to collect a Missile Tank [MT53].

Use the Grapple Point and run left until you encounter a Desbrachian. Power Bomb it, kill it, and collect the last Accel Charge [AC06]. This allows you to charge your beam much faster. Run back right and Shinespark as soon as possible to increase speed. Return to the Magdollite pit. Space Jump to the other side and use the Grapple Points to reach the door at the top of the room.

After passing the room with Ridley's shedding, destroy the robots to create space for a Speed Boost. Speed Boost back into the room with the shedding. Once inside, Shinespark to the top and Space Jump to the right to collect the Missile Tank [MT54]. Head through the Geothermal Power Plant and back to the elevator to reach the Main Sector. All items in Sector 3 have been collected, bringing your total to 80%.
