8-star Quests

For Hide-and-Freak, remember to wound the Khezu’s head.

For Take a Powderstone, Powderstones are found in Area 9 of the Volcanic Hollow. They explode when you are attacked and continuously drain health, so bring Dash Juice. Deliver only one Powderstone.

For In the Pink, bring Hot Drinks and Antidotes to the Dunes (nighttime). Head to Area 2 to find the Pink Rathian and wound its head.

For Ladykiller, remember to keep tabs on the Seltas while hunting the Seltas Queen in the Ancestral Steppe. Wound the Seltas Queen’s head.

For Nocturnal Commission, capture a Rathian in the Dunes (nighttime). It starts in Area 2 and moves to Area 5.

For URGENT: Dance of a Thousand Blades, hunt the Seregios in Area 10 of the Dunes (nighttime). Seregios inflicts Laceration, which is cured by crouching, eating Mosswine Jerky, or eating a Well-done Steak. Mosswine Jerkies are recommended due to shorter animation. The subquest is to topple the monster while mounted.

Completing Snowbound Showdown allows you to multiply Nectars at the Wycoon, though the feature is limited to elemental power-enhancing Nectars.

For Meteoric Prize, gather 1 Meteor Chunk from Area 8 in the Dunes (nighttime) and deliver it to Base Camp.
