Alright, let's tackle the Vanilla Ghost House! It's not too bad once you know the tricks, so stick with me.

Walkthrough

You'll start off dealing with some Boos. Just jump over or duck under the first pair that comes your way and head right.

You'll come to a circle of ghosts. To get a Dragon Coin, go underneath the ledge they're circling. To get a power-up, go above the ledge and hit the block there.

Keep heading right, hopping across some short ledges. Keep an eye on those Boos behind you; they like to sneak up!

There's another Dragon Coin on one of the higher ledges. Keep going until you see some yellow blocks and a Big Boo. Don't bother hitting the blocks; they're empty. Just get past the Big Boo by going over or under it.

At the next block, grab the power-up inside. Now, you'll need to lure the Big Boo on the right towards you. Turn your back to it to get its attention, then as it gets close to the block, turn around and use the block to jump over it.

Head up the ledges and wait at the top. You'll see a circle of ghosts ahead. Wait for a gap to appear in their circle, then slide down the stairs.

As you slide down, face right to keep the Boo at bay. Hit the block on the ground a few times to get coins. Hit the block above it to help you reach the Dragon Coin nearby.

Once you've got that, head right and enter the door.

Now you're in a new area. Go right and watch out for the green bubbles. Touching them hurts, so avoid them! You can jump over them (which might be tricky if you're Small Mario), duck under them, or just go around.

Keep moving right, dodging those bubbles, until you reach three yellow blocks. Hit the middle one to get a P-Switch.

Continue right, past the next door. You'll find the fourth Dragon Coin and some coins shaped like a door.

Now, activate the P-Switch you just got. This will turn some blocks into coins, and importantly, it will open up the blue door on the right.

Enter the blue door, and you'll exit the level!

Tips

Remember, Boos only move when you're not looking at them. Use this to your advantage to position yourself or lure them.
Small Mario might have a tougher time jumping over the green bubbles. If you're small, try to duck under them or find a safe path.
The P-Switch is key to opening the secret path, so make sure you grab it and use it before proceeding!
