How to Respec Skills:

To respec your skills, you will need a specific consumable item called a Potion of Clearance. This potion allows you to reset all invested ability points, giving you a fresh slate to reassign them.

Obtaining the Potion of Clearance:

• Merchant Purchase: The most common way to acquire a Potion of Clearance is by purchasing it from certain merchants. Look for herbalists or alchemists in major cities like Novigrad or Oxenfurt. It can also sometimes be found from the Bloody Baron's quartermaster in Velen.
• Quest Rewards: Occasionally, a Potion of Clearance might be offered as a reward for completing specific quests.

Using the Potion of Clearance:

1. Once you have obtained a Potion of Clearance, navigate to your inventory.
2. Select the potion and use it.
