This building allows gladiatorial games to be held, provides a 10% Public Order bonus due to happiness, and enables the training of Samnite Gladiators.

Coliseum (Fifth Tier)

This building allows gladiatorial games to be held, provides a 15% Public Order bonus due to happiness, and enables the training of Samnite Gladiators.
