a. Chapter one: Landfall (ROCWO1)

Begin by hotkeying your units. Break the crates to your right for a Potion of Mana.

Head north and use Thrall's Chain Lightning on the larger murlocs, then let your units finish them.

Continue north to a fork; go left to find more murlocs. Use Chain Lightning again and grab the Healing Wards that drop.

Return to the fork and take the right path. Break crates for a Scroll of Protection.

Continue north past burning buildings and curve left to find a Tauren fighting Centaurs. Use Chain Lightning on the Centaurs.

Head back to the burning buildings and take the southeast path.

Take the immediate right path and follow it to encounter more mobs. Use Chain Lightning once and finish them. Use a Healing Ward if needed, then grab additional Healing Wards.

Take the right path from here and head south. Continue south through the open area to find more mobs. Use Chain Lightning twice (use Potion of Mana if needed). Grab another Potion of Mana and a couple more Headhunters.

Head back up the path and turn right at the front. Follow the path east to see a Tauren fighting creeps. Kill them using Chain Lightning (use a potion if needed). Use another Healing Ward if grunts are below 50%.

Follow the path south, heading east along the water, to find more murlocs. Use one Chain Lightning.

Return to where you killed the creeps attacking the Tauren and head right to find another Grunt and two Headhunters.

Take the north path, and at the fork, make a right. Head north and kill Harpies for a Scroll of the Beast. Use a Healing Ward if needed for space or healing.

Head back out and make a left. Kill the Thunder Lizard north of you for a Potion of Mana (use a Potion of Mana if your inventory is full).

Continue left, up the ramp north, to find Centaurs. Use Chain Lightning and proceed.

Follow the path as it curves right. Keep your Grunts in healing range of the Fountain of Health guarded by Centaurs. Kill the Centaurs.

After Thrall levels up, learn Feral Spirit. Heal your units and continue east.

At the end, head north quickly and kill the Harpies there, ideally having them attack Thrall.

Head south to the water, then take a path north just right of where you came from. Kill Murlocs to get a Manual of Health for Thrall.

Follow the water line all the way south. You will get more units and fight Centaurs. Summon Thrall's wolves and have them tank.

After the Centaurs, a cut-scene occurs.

After the scene, if no one has died, segregate Grunts and Headhunters into separate groups. Cairne will stay in the village until you reach him.

Once with Cairne, the attack commences. Use your remaining Healing Wards around your Grunts, keeping one up at all times.

For the first two waves, fight normally. For the third wave, use the Scroll of Protection and Scroll of Healing if needed. For the fourth wave, use the Scroll of the Beast, focus on the Champion, and use Chain Lightning if you have mana. Use Spirit Wolves for other waves and any remaining Mana Potions.
