Guide for Warcraft III: Reforged's The Oracle mission. Includes steps for Thrall and Cairne, finding the Enchanted Gemstone, and the Heart of Aszune.

Walkthrough
  1. 1
Start by controlling Thrall. Bust open the crate just below the gate for a potion of healing, then attack and break the gate.
  2. 2
Summon your spirit wolves and send them into the group of undead. Send Thrall in and use a chain lightning, then send in the rest of your group. Bust the crates here for a potion of mana and scroll of healing.
  3. 3
Continue south, take out the lone archer, and summon your spirit wolves and send them east into another attack group. Send Thrall and your units in directly after, and use Thrall's chain lightning. Use your witch doctor's healing ward to heal damage as needed.
  4. 4
Keep an eye on your raiders, as piercing attacks can damage heavy armor. Micro them as needed, but be diligent as most attacks are ranged. Resummon your spirit wolves if needed and send them down the path east a bit more to come across another undead. Your wolves can handle him alone.
  5. 5
If a single unit is low on health, leave him out of the group until he regenerates health. Use your healing ward when units are low on health; it is not worth spending mana for one unit. Save often to keep as many units alive as possible.
  6. 6
After the revenant is dead, resummon wolves and break the gate to the north. Make sure your wolves head in first and start picking off the undead. Use Thrall's chain lightning no more than twice.
  7. 7
Give Thrall the mantle of intelligence +3. Use a potion of mana if he needs space, or a healing potion if he needs health. Use a healing ward, as several units may have taken damage.
  8. 8
Head south from here until you reach the ramp and resummon your wolves. Send them in first, focus them and all units on one of the bigger acolyte type undeads, then focus the remaining one. Use chain lightning once here.
  9. 9
Kill off the weaker undead. Send your spirit wolves up the path to the right to take out a couple skeleton warriors.
  10. 10
Send Thrall and your units up this path, killing all the crates along the way. One on the left contains a level 6 wraith. A scroll of healing and potion of greater mana drop from these crates. Consider losing any existing potions of healing to grab these two. You can dump your health stone if you need space for these, as 1 hit point per second is not very good for a ranged hero.
  11. 11
Send your wolves up the path and bust the gate here to reveal a couple archers and a revenant. Send in all your units, kill these enemies, and bust the crates in here to reveal a tome of agility and a scroll of animate dead. If you have mana, use a scroll of healing and place the scroll of animate dead in its spot.
  12. 12
Back out on the main path, there is a powerful revenant to fight. Pick off the weaker units with your wolves: two archers and three skeletons. Summon your wolves to kill the first archer just in front of the revenant, the second one near the revenant, and the skeleton warriors to the right. Resummon your wolves as many times as necessary. Keep Thrall and the rest of your units safely in the back.
  13. 13
To fight the revenant, summon your wolves and send Thrall only in to assist. Do not use chain lightning to save mana. Engage the revenant so he attacks Thrall, and allow your wolves to attack the revenant.
  14. 14
After the revenant is down, head back and use any health stone or potion you dropped. If you used them already, there is a potion of greater healing just ahead.
  15. 15
Bust open crates up top for a potion of greater healing and potion of greater mana.
Tips
  • Your spirit wolves are your best friend in this mission; always send them in first for any attack.
  • If a single unit is low on health, leave him out of the group until he regenerates health rather than letting him die.
  • It is better to use your healing ward when multiple units are low on health, rather than spending mana on just one unit.
  • Save often to keep as many units alive as possible.
  • Consider dumping your health stone if you need space for better items like the potion of greater mana and scroll of healing, as its passive regeneration is not very effective for a ranged hero like Thrall.
  • When fighting the powerful revenant, use your wolves to pick off the weaker units first before engaging the revenant directly.
  • Save Thrall's mana by not using chain lightning when fighting the revenant, relying on your wolves instead.
