Complete Challenge Stages (1) in disgaea 5 alliance of vengeance, including Blood Parch, Spirit Interment, Icic-Hell, Dragon Fang, and Sandcano.

Blood Parch Challenge Stage

This challenge stage presents a puzzle where you must defeat a single enemy at the opposite end of the map, navigating through Absolute Area panels which act as No Entry, No Lifting, and Invincible effects. Ignore the Lucky Boards on the map as distractions. The target enemy is on a Disperse Damage panel; another Disperse Damage panel is near your base, connected to a portal that spawns level 50 Lucky Boards, increasing by 50 levels each turn. These Lucky Boards have less HP than the target Slust. You need characters that can deal at least 17k total damage per Lucky Board. Alternatively, a Witch or Skull with a high-level elemental spell and the Expand Evility can hit the Slust diagonally from close range.

Spirit Interment Challenge Stage

This stage is highly annoying and recommended for a high-level character equipped with Poison Vaccine. You can only deploy one character, confined to the Base Panel by No Entry panels. When the enemy's turn begins, the No Entry symbol moves to the green panel. Enemies are on Mighty Enemy panels, making them invincible. When Wights defend, you cannot enter within 2 spaces due to Hold the Line. Your objective is to endure attacks and reach the end of the stage to destroy the Mighty Enemy symbol on the red panel. Entice zombies to attack you so you can lift and toss them aside, then defeat them.

Icic-Hell Challenge Stage

This stage features a single Prinny on a panel granting invincibility, No Lifting, and Ally Lonely effects. The Prinny moves along a set path and will land on a Game Over effect panel on its third turn. Before starting, equip a character with high base movement with three Accelerators (obtainable from Martial Training 4 and 5 Bonus Gauges). You can also use the Professor’s Medical Care skill to buff movement and jump. Once you can reach the Prinny, wait until it is next to the yellow block, then pick it up and toss it off the map.

Dragon Fang Challenge Stage

This fight is essentially a one-on-one battle with the Carnage Princess, as the Lonely effect covers most of the map, unaffected by No Entry or Absolute Area panels. The Lady Samurai's unique Evility increases her damage against single enemies, and she gains a DEF +50% bonus from the Geo Effect. Upon entering the arena, the No Entry symbol moves to a green panel, locking you in with the Carnage Princess.

Sandcano Challenge Stage

This map has 76 level 120 Hitmen, each with 1 HP due to the Secret Recon Evility. They possess high movement stats, while you are restricted to your Base Panel, surrounded by Absolute Area panels. A high-level character can defeat them as they approach. Alternatively, a Sage with Land Decimator or a character with Izuna’s Overload skill, Comet Disaster, can hit all enemies simultaneously. Note that a Netherworld Effect on this map reduces accuracy by 20%.

Tips
  • For Blood Parch, focus damage on the Lucky Boards to indirectly defeat the Slust.
  • In Spirit Interment, prioritize destroying the Mighty Enemy symbol by luring enemies to attack and then tossing them.
  • For Icic-Hell, maximize movement to reach and toss the Prinny before it lands on the Game Over panel.
  • In Dragon Fang, leverage the Lady Samurai's Evility for increased damage against the Carnage Princess.
  • Sandcano's numerous low-HP enemies can be cleared efficiently with area-of-effect skills like Land Decimator.
