    Head east into the Pit Cave in the Arborian Highlands.

    Defeat a Runny Eggsoskeleton, ride it, and use R2 (the button to interact or perform specific actions) to navigate the path upwards and out of the cave.

    After the scene, talk to the old man by the path and agree to help him retrieve a leaf of Red Kale to initiate the quest 'Fit as a Fiddle'.

Tips
  • The Ethereal Serpent in the Arborian Highlands is a tough new enemy that attacks twice and has a powerful breath attack.
  • When you speak to Benedictus, the game creates a save state of your party members' levels and possessions, which will be restored later, resulting in duplicates of their items. Organize your party members' inventories carefully before this point.
  • Recommended items for party members to carry for duplication include unique useful items (like Belle's Bow and tarot card accessories), Bunny Tails, Seeds of Skill, other ability seeds, Pep Pips, Elfin Elixir and other high-grade consumables, rare crafting materials like Dieamend, and valuable non-unique equipment (which can be sold later).
